Grene A/S Becomes DCL’s Off-Road Representative in Denmark

DCL International Inc., is pleased to announce that the Grene Group has become DCL’s new representative serving the Off-Road mobile market in Denmark. As of November 1, 2009, the Grene Group has officially taken over Hostrup Industrimaskiner, DCL’s long-time representative in Denmark, headed by Hakon Hostrup. Hakon Hostrup will continue his affiliation in the emissions control business acting as an ad hoc consultant to the Grene Group during their transition into this new venture.

DCL Supplies 46 Catalytic Mufflers for Lincoln-Lancaster County Clean Diesel Project

DCL International Inc., is pleased to announce that The City of Lincoln, located in Lancaster County Nebraska will retrofit 46 pieces of the city’s diesel construction equipment with DCL’s MINE-X^® Catalytic Mufflers. The City of Lincoln was a recipient of DERA (Diesel Emission Reduction Act) economic stimulus funding in the sum of $1,000,000 to retrofit a total of 196 publicly owned diesel vehicles and equipment in The Lincoln-Lancaster County Clean Diesel Project. The directive of the project for off-road equipment is to provide reductions of 90% carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons as well as 20% diesel particulate matter from the exhaust. Equipment that will be retrofitted with DCL’s MINE-X^® Catalytic Mufflers include Caterpillar wheel loaders, scrapers and backhoes, John Deere scrapers and backhoes, and Case wheel loaders and tractors.
