Robot Welding Operator/Panasonic Welder

Job Description

DCL International Inc. is a leader in the emissions control marketplace; we are looking for a team oriented Robot Welding Operator/Panasonic & Fanuc Welder to join our team. Responsibilities include: using the welding Robots-PANASONIC & FANUC, creating programs, in process adjustments, setting up parts and components in a jig and other fixtures by load/unload and operating and maintaining a single robot weld cell. Main responsibilities include: developing welding programs and set right welding parameters as per blue prints. Training will be provided.

Account Coordinator

Job Description

DCL International Inc. is a global leader in the engineering, manufacture and sales of advanced emissions control technology for internal combustion engines. DCL currently seeks a junior to intermediate level individual to coordinate fulfilment of customer orders on a day-to-day basis for aftermarket and OEM accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Enter orders into the DCL fulfillment system
  • Coordinate document flow, such as work orders, order confirmations and delivery schedules
  • Organize shipment schedules with input from sales and production staff
  • Coordinate with customers on the resolution of product delivery issues
  • Analyze the customer requirements and then effectively communicate the requirements to purchasing and manufacturing personnel.
  • Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage to execute production as planned.
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues at its earliest stages.
  • Interact with customer in personable manner and add value to our customer base
  • Interface with manager, production planning and scheduling to reschedule production in the event of unexpected changes.

Requirements

Mechanical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing and well established company.

Job Description:

  • Work as part of the Engineering group for structural design of Emission control products
  • Collect information from our sales team and customers
  • Design products based of customers’ specifications
  • 3D modeling, drawings and calculations from concept to manufacturing detail
  • Manufacturing process design,Tooling/Fixture design, Generate Layer by layer BOM
  • Communicate and follow up with different departments
  • Continuous improvement, trouble shooting

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree of Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
  • Efficient with 3D modeling in SolidWorks, 2D drawings in AutoCAD
  • Familiar with GD & T, BOM structure
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of related working experience preferred

Research Engineer

We are currently seeking to hire a Research Engineer/ Scientist. In this position, you will work in our R & D Department to develop formulations of catalyst coatings, ceramic materials, prepare catalysts, characterize novel materials, and to investigate their reaction kinetics under engine emission conditions in our engine lab and write reports. Another responsibility of the position is working on ceramic materials that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. The candidate will be a key team member working on multiple projects, and should demonstrate a good understanding of applicable chemical, materials, and mechanical engineering skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Design and write research and development plan
  • Participate in design and experimental setup
  • Observe and record testing results, identify and analyze the problems.
  • Write technical reports and submit experimental findings
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of instruments.
  • Explore ceramic material processing parameters to prepare defect-free ceramic structure.
  • Develop characterization protocols to determine product thermo-physical properties and perform structure and composition testing
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Candidate Profile

As the ideal candidate, you must have a Master or Ph.D. degree at an education background of Chemical or Materials Engineering. Experience in catalysis, ceramic materials is an asset. Some exposure to automotive catalysis is preferable but not necessary. Additionally, your capabilities will include: an understanding and working knowledge of project management, chemical instrumentation in order to operate GC, ICP, FTIR or MS, etc. A solid work ethic, honesty, professionalism and a willingness to adapt and meet deadlines within a changing environment is required. Strong communications skills are a must along with the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

  • Work with other Engineering and Production personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
  • Evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs
  • Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree
