 (1) Regional Account Manager (DCL America Inc.)

Company Description: DCL America Inc. (DCLA) is a global leader in engineering, manufacture and sales of advanced emissions control technology for stationary and off-road mobile industrial engines.  DCLA is currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional for a Regional Account Manager based near Houston, TX.  This position will focus on business development within the gas compression industry.

Requirements: Proven 5+ years outside experience in the oil and gas or industrial engine marketplace, Post-secondary/college education, corporate account sales experience and strong negotiation skills.  Proven sales track record, self motivated and results oriented. Strong communication skills including oral presentations, written documentation, computer proficiency and technical aptitude.  Willingness to do routine overnight travel with valid driver's license and clean drving record.

Key Responsibilities: New business development and achievement of sales growth targets, generating, responding and following up on customer correspondence, outside sales and distributor/dealer support, identification and execution of new market opportunities, communicate new sales opportunities, special developments, marketplace intelligence or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate sales management.
