Concord, Ontario, July 15, 2009 – DCL International Inc., is pleased to announce that the Energy Saving Trust has certified the MINE-X SOOTFILTER® diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with the Greater London Authority and London Council’s Non-Road Machinery (NRMM) Retrofit Program.

The Energy Saving Trust provides an independent certification and register service for DPF manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that The Control of Dust and Emissions from Construction and Demolition Best Practice Guide is followed.

The MINE-X SOOTFILTER® DPF is a passively regenerating two-stage system, which contains a catalyzed flow-through filter followed by a wall-flow filter. The system is also equipped with a backpressure and temperature monitor which is mounted directly in the operator’s cabin. The DPF system can be packaged in a variety of configurations and is scalable to meet most engine sizes.
