DCL’s large engine diesel particulate filters (DPFs) are used for high efficiency particulate reduction in stationary diesel engines. Exhaust gas is directed into catalytically coated wall flow DPF elements which trap and burn off the particulate matter. The system is CARB verified for >85% reduction of particulate matter and less than 20% NO2/NOx slip.

Used in stationary diesel engines 500 hp (375 kW) and larger. Suitable for 4 cycle medium and high speed engines used in prime power or stand-by power. Recommended where fuel is ultra-low sulfur diesel and engine-out PM emission level is equivalent to tier 1 or better.
