Marketing Coordinator/Videographer

The Marketing Coordinator should be a detail oriented, creative and organized individual with a broad understanding of general marketing tools and tactics. This job will require marketing efforts for the core brand, DCL, as well as its two affiliate brands, Roadwarrior Inc. and GraniteFuel Engineering. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (50% Content Creation / 50% Administrative Duties):

  • Assisting Sales & Marketing by creating professional videos in various styles and formats.
  • Identify audience segments and create tailored content based on specific audience.
  • Ensure brand, content and image standards are consistent on all corporate materials.
  • Manage social media profiles; develop and publish relevant content.
  • Coordinate tradeshow logistics and bookings.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Effectively communicate projects and ideas.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and agencies.
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop content for sales and marketing.
  • Act as a point of contact for creative vendors that have been contracted to produce multimedia content, creative assets and/or websites.
  • Research industry related topics and products.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attended University or College for Media, Communications, Business, or relevant field of study.
  • Expertise in producing and editing professional video content.
  • Experience with DSLR video/photography and lighting.
  • Photography.
  • Passion for being creative and innovative.
  • Ability to create corporate and product videos with minimal direction.
  • Welcoming of constructive feedback.
  • Capable of thinking creatively and telling great stories with accuracy.
  • Experience with Adobe CC, Final Cut Pro, and other multimedia software.
  • Comfortable interacting with a broad range of individuals while maintaining professionalism.
  • Effective time management skills required.
  • Graphic and/or web design skills are an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable working in an office setting.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license required.

We offer a full-time position, located in Concord, ON. Salary may range from $40-50K dependent upon the candidate's experience; benefits offered after three months of employment.

Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administrator

We are currently seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administrator to join our growing and well-established company.

Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

  • Collect on accounts daily by phone, email and fax.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, technical service departments, and from customers.
  • Resolves collections be examining customer payments plans, payment history, credit line and coordinating contact with collections departments.
  • Prepare daily cash and check payments for bank deposit.
  • Closely monitor delinquent account holders by telephone or in writing and request payment to bring the account current.
  • Document collection activities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing into ERP system and supply a high level of customer service to employees as required.
  • Prepare monthly labour efficiency reports for management.
  • Review payroll journal entries.
  • Assist in sending our remittance reports.
  • Perform additional similar and related duties as assigned for the USA division.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Desired Skill and Experience:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • Experience in ADP considered an asset.
  • Proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment.
  • Collections background considered an asset.
  • Experience working on multi-discipline projects and conflicting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good team player.
  • Typing and computer aptitude.

Electrical Control Systems Engineer

Electrical Control Systems Engineer

GraniteFuel Engineering Inc., the Fuel division of DCL International Inc., is a well-established and fast-growing business, and we are looking for an Electrical Control Systems Engineer.

GraniteFuel Engineering, is a global leader in providing bio-gas conditioning solutions such as Siloxane Removal, H2S removal, CO2 removal and Dehydration, and has successfully delivered and commissioned many systems across Canada and United States.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PLC / HMI troubleshooting and programming (Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000, Panel View / Factory Talk), Emmerson Delta V controller programming
  • Design and build electrical control panels and systems, provide electrical control solutions and wiring, develop PLC and HMI programming on various equipment and process application
  • Make wiring diagram in AutoCAD / Solidworks Electrical
  • Wiring electrical devices and control panel
  • Electrical wiring to meet the hazardous area regulations (Class I, Div. 1 and Div. 2)
  • Experience with IC components such as pressure transmitter, mass flow meter, thermocouple etc.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of applicable electrical, mechanical and software engineering skills
  • Travelling and on-site commissioning / trouble shooting

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree with Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering background
  • 3+ years of experience in control systems design, PLC programming, installation and testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
  • Familiar with electrical codes in Canada and Untied States
  • A solid knowledge and understanding of how the wiring of electrical devices should meet the requirements for the hazardous area Class I, Division 1 and 2
  • Experience with automation, process control, Class 1, Division 1 and 2 requirements and different architectures such as Allen – Bradley and Siemens PLC’s, Emmerson DCS an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize deadlines and priorities

We are currently seeking to hire a Junior Mechanical Designer/Drafter to join our growing and well-established company.

Job Description:

  • Work as part of the Engineering group for drafting Emission Control Product, Silencer, Stack & Working Platform.
  • Collect information from our sales team and Sr. Design Engineers.
  • 3D modeling and drawings from concept to manufacturing detail.
  • Sheet metal parts design, Tooling/Fixture design, prepare detailed productions and engineering drawing.
  • Prepare layer by layer BOM in ERP system.
  • Communicate and follow up with different departments.
  • Continuous improvement, trouble shooting.

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
  • Efficient with 3D modeling in SolidWorks, 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Familiar with GD & T, BOM structure.
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience in mechanical design and drafting.

TIG Welder

TIG Welder

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weld products according to specified blueprints and procedures
  • Build products from blueprints and ensure internal quality measures are applied
  • Conduct initial inspections of product to ensure adherence to safety and quality
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional and safe manner

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma and/or Welder Trade certification (an asset)
  • 3-5 years of welding and fitting experience
  • Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding of thin gauge stainless steel and GTAW
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment, operate drill presses, determine weld ability of materials, select filler rods
  • Must be able to pass TIG and MIG test
  • Ability to use lifting devices and jib crane
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize deadlines and priorities
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, and technical manuals

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledge of operating production machinery including winding lines, loading/unloading uncoilers with material, rollers and automatic welding units
  • Read and interpret shop manufacturing drawings
  • Load and unload the tooling and set up for various types of work with varying quantities
  • Adhere to Health & Safety and quality standards
  • Ensure the goods are manufactured and processed on time
  • Work overtime in case of any delays
  • Work on light machinery

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
